This is actually a double-sided, one-piece catalog page ad (probably from the 50s) that shows several dolls available at the time, but Miss Ginger got top billing.  All dolls mentioned are Cosmopolitan Deluxe Miss Ginger, Little Miss Ginger, Little Annie Rooney, Baby Ginger, Impulsive Pip and Adorable Bip Twins, and Dolls of all Nations.  Cut edge is a bit uneven but the actual ad information is complete.  It was taken from an old unknown catalog.   Would be a great addition to your Miss Ginger collection, or great framed as wall art!
