Book is very clean with a tiny nick in the last page caused by a small pencil mark on its facing page. Front cover has very minor bump in top right-hand corner from usual wear. Does not detract. These illustrations are very beautifully
detailed, not "comic strip" like as the later books are. I believe this is the first book in a series by the same author/illustrator team.
