These are authentic Butterick Doll Clothes patterns (NOT copies) for 16" Cabbage Patch Kids dolls and/or Preemies. For the most part, there are three different styles in each package, as shown on cover. Pattern envelops may be slightly faded or have small tears at edges. These patterns are complete, including instructions, unless noted under item code. Most are un-cut but some may have been cut but each package appears complete. I'm not a seamstress so please, if there is something I've left out, just email me.
