Anything Holly Hobbie was so very popular in the 1970s and early 80s.  Holly and her friends are still very popular with collectors today because of their sweet country charm.  This version is Holly Hobbie's friend Amy dressed in her yellow & green, rosebud print nightgown.  Her monogrammed pocket holds her bed-time puppy.  Amy is in overall very nice clean condition.  Her facial  coloring is soft but as intended.  Braids have been re-braided and yellow yarn ties added.  There is a small ink mark near her mouth (see close-up photo below).   There are no stains or rips in her body or outfit.  She does not have a box.   Overall a very nice doll to add to your Holly Hobbie collection and in a variation outfit that is not as common as the traditional calico print.   

Amy's  face is very clean however there is a small faint ink mark line near her mouth. Amy's tag is worn and frayed but still present.  Most of the small writing is illegible but you can make out her name, and on the flip side the name Knickerbocker.  There is no date.	~ * ~ * ~ Here is Amy's little "stuffed animal" that I believe is a puppy.  The little eyes, nose, and ears are just tiny pieces of felt that are glued on so they seem a little delicate and could come loose if this was given to a child for play.  The little pet is non-removable.  It is possible that the puppy used to have a little ribbon around his neck.
BACK VIEW  The stuffing in the bonnet has settled a bit but this is very common.	~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Amy has non-removable pantaloons that match the fabric of her dress.
