Mattel's Saucy makes crazy faces by moving her arm around in the socket.  She is a 15" doll, dated 1972.  I don't know how popular this doll was during the 1970s because, frankly, she can look a little scary!  The above doll is wearing her original dress and shoes, but her panties have been replaced.
