Nancy Ann Storybook Dolls had the popular Muffie doll, who was a close competitor to Vogue's Ginny.  Many of the features of both Ginny and Muffie coincided (walker mechanism, molded lashes, bent knees, etc.)  Muffie came with a very extensive wardrobe and many of her later clothing is tagged.  A helpful identifying feature on many of her earlier outfits are attached slips in the dresses and tiny round clothing snaps.  She, like Ginny, has a huge following in the secondary collecting market.

Like Ginny, some Muffies were sold as undressed dolls. Many high quality outfits could be purchased separately.
