Such a cute little character face!  This is Baby Small Talk from 1967.  She is only about 10" tall with her legs extended.  Though her legs are jointed at the hip, she cannot stand on her own, she is really made to be placed in a sitting position. She is wearing her original outfit and there were outfits for her that could be purchased separately.  This doll has a pull string at back of neck with a tiny little plastic flower as the puller.  When you pull the string she says things like "You love baby?, I wanna stay up, I'm sleepy, etc."  Don't know how many phrases in all as some of her's are unintelligible.
