FOR SALE: Fisher-Price 14" Bobbie

14" Bobbie, is an infant doll released in 1980.  The body tag is present although somewhat worn and faded indicating he has been laundered.  The tag # is 245.  (Fisher-Price reused tag #'s and names so do not be confused if you have another doll with either of these names/numbers, this is correct for this doll.)   He/she is somewhat more difficult to find today than the the other popular infant doll called Honey.   The face is vinyl and the body is made of cloth with non-removable pajamas.    This is a previously loved doll looking for a new "mommy or daddy".  Overall the body is in great condition.  Stitching is sound but very slight stains and a snag or two in fabric from typical play wear.  There is a small rough circular spot on side of bonnet (might be a spot of paint, you can feel it when you rub your finger over it, but it blends in nicely with the pattern).

Bobbie has some cheek rubs on both cheeks and there is some paint loss on molded hair.

Full front and back views of Bobbie (stand not included, he/she'd rather sit in your lap anyway!)  Tag is intact but not very readable as mentioned above.  You can still see the f-p logo, #245, and the 1980 date.

A great doll if you are collecting all in the series of these little ones, or if this was your childhood friend.  The infant dolls were generic genders so this little BOBBIE would also be a great friend to your own little boy or girl, granddaughter or grandson!  This precious Bobbie is just waiting to find a home with hugs!
