How to Order from Kaylee's Doll Shoppe

There are two procedures for ordering.  One for new items through my affiliation with Amazon.com and the other is for the vintage items I offer directly through my site.  Scroll down to view the procedures.

For New Dolls and Related Merchandise: It's easy!, safe!, and secure!  As an affilliate of Amazon.com I can offer you hundreds of the most current dolls available.  I've highlighted some of my favorites but if you don't see what you need, use the handy search button to allow you to find what you are looking for.  Ordering items through Amazon.com is easy.  Just follow their instructions.  They handle it all and if your items are in stock, you should receive your items within just a few days.  If you order anything, doll related or not, such as books or music, by first entering Amazon.com through a link on my site, I am credited with the lead and this helps me to defray the costs associated with maintaining this website so that I am able to continue to offer you quality information about vintage dolls. 

For Vintage and Used Items
 The only items that are being sold are items listed within Kaylee's Doll Shoppe.  I have several pictures of dolls throughout my site that are from my personal collection, or that of friends, and are for informational display purposes only and are not for sale at this time.  

All items being sold are sold, AS IS and I have tried to give an accurate description of each item.  I want you to be happy with your purchase so I invite you to ask questions before placing your order. One must assume that unless described as MINT IN BOX, most vintage items will show some signs of age or wear.  It is never my intention to misrepresent an item.  Though I do know a lot about different types of dolls,  I do not profess to be an expert in all dolls.  Therefore I may miss something in my description that is very important to you as a collector.  Please make sure you email me (click on any animated mailbox) and I will be happy to answer your questions to the best of my ability.  All sales are final.  Please remember to REFER TO THE ITEM CODE when requesting additional information or placing an order.

How To Order Vintage Items from Kaylee's Doll Shoppe:  At the bottom of each section, or page, there is an e-mail link.  Use this to see if item is still available, request additional information, or to order.  Each item has its own code number.  Please use the code number when referring to the item.  It would be helpful if you also give me your ZIP CODE when placing your order, so that I can give you an accurate quote on total with shipping.  (CA residents will have to pay 7.75% sales tax).  YOU MUST E-MAIL ME TO RESERVE THE ITEM.   I will send a confirming email to buyer.  REPEAT BUYERS, PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT BEFORE I SEND YOU A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL.   If more than one person inquires about the same item, the first e-mail I receive will take precedence.

I accept postal money orders, personal checks,
and can accept major credit cards through PayPal.

Pay me securely with any major credit card through PayPal!

Terms:  If payment is not received within 7 days of my confirmation email, the hold will be released and item will be offered to the next inquirer or will be posted as being available again.  All payments must be in U.S. dollars.  (CA residents will have to pay 7.75% sales tax).  Postal money orders and PayPal are preferred and will ship next business day upon receipt.   I will accept personal checks, but the item will be held for shipping pending clearance from my bank (approximately 7 to 10 days).  At my discretion, I may ship sooner if buyer has multiple positive feedbacks from an auction site such as eBay or Amazon.com. 

If you wish to use a credit card to purchase an item, but are not signed up as a PayPal member, you can sign up right from my site.  Just click on the logo below.  Or notify me in your email and I'll send you a link.  I will hold the item you want until I get a confirmation from PayPal that you are a registered member and then will ship your item immediately.

If you are already a PayPal member, let me know when you email me with your selection for purchase, and I'll send instructions for payment with my confirmation email to you.

Shipping:  SHIPPING IN U.S. AND LIMITED INTERNATIONAL.  Buyer will pre-pay shipping/handling costs.  Priority mail is my preferred method of shipping as it is convenient and fast.  However, depending on the size and price of the item I may use first class regular mail or book rate, UPS, FedEx, etc.  The purchase of  insurance is required on items over $50.00. Insurance is highly suggested on purchases less than $50.00 but is up to the buyer and I cannot be responsible for items uninsured once they have left the shoppe.  I WILL NOTIFY YOU OF SHIPPING COSTS AT TIME OF CONFIRMATION E-MAIL.

If you decide you cannot purchase an item after I've sent you a confirmation, please notify me immediately via email.  But, please be advised that I reserve the right to refuse to HOLD, or sell, items to any individual who repeatedly does not follow through with their transactions.
