Though their faces are slightly different, these dolls are virtually the same doll.  Both bodies are constructed identical and use the same type of battery pack with a long cord that plugs into the ankle.  By moving the lever on the "purse" the arms would move, lifting the doll to do acrobatic turns and flips.

Both dolls are wearing their original outfits.

Unlike many other mechanical dolls, with their battery packs within their bodies, this doll's batteries are in the accessory "purse".   Without this piece, the doll can not operate.
